Det ligger lige ved Kongens Have i Nyboder. Der er mulighed for parkering (parkeringslicens) til gaden, adgang til vaskekælder, en meget smuk går og cykelkælder. Der er cirka 10 minutters gang til Østerport Station. Der er adgang til stort badeværelse og stort spisekøkken med opvaskemaskine samt adgang til vaskekælder og cykelværksted. Jeg har fantastiske naboer - og værelset og området er meget stille - selv om det er tæt på alt. I lejligheden er der hurtigt internet (100mbit) - som er inkluderet i huslejen. Lejligheden er på 85kvm - og i de perioder jeg er ude at rejse, er man velkommen til også at bruge stuen og altanen (her arbejder jeg ellers). Jeg holder samtaler i løbet af marts.
