6th MAY TO 16th JUNE ONLY. A shorter rental within that period is possible, minimum three weeks. Furnished, 3-rooms, 62 sq.m. Sunny, warm, quiet flat, good bus connection. Close to shops. Car parking. Treadmill. Onsite laundromat. On 1st floor with garden view. Please notice, only for a limited period. You can register your CPR address here for that time. Only for a couple or a single person, non-smokers. No children or pets. Bring your own bedclothes and towels. There is one extra large double bed only. Rental kr.7,000 per month, or kr.9,000 for the whole period, payable in advance, incl. utilities and WiFi. Deposit for breakages, laundromat etc. kr.500. In the kitchen there are a new induction stove, a large double door fridge/freezer, a microwave and various small machines. IMPORTANT. There is building work going on, so for part or all of the period the windows may have a plastic covering and there may be a platform erected outside, further reducing the light. The work is not noisy, and windows can be opened when the workmen are not there. The price has been reduced accordingly. (Normally it would be 10,000 per month.)
