100 square meter with 1 main house, 2 out houses and 2 terraces. 900 square meter garden plot with a private parking spot. 3 minut walk to the beach. 10 minuts walk to Hornbæk town. The house and outhouses are well isolated and equipped with a central heating pump and air conditioning unit with additional heat appliances in each room to make it comfortable during the winter season. Hornbæk town 10 minutes. Nearest train and bus station 2 minutes. There is a private parking spot on the property as well as free parking on the street at the house. 50 minute drive from Copenhagen. The tenant must bring their own bed linen, towels and whisper pieces, firewood can be bought in the supermarket, all firewood on the plot must not be used by the tenant. The waste container is emptied on Tuesdays, do not overfill the waste container. Accept the house rules and the terms and conditions prior to booking: · Any form of subleasing is not allowed. · The house is used as it is, ie. as it appears and is used by the owner. It is not allowed to drill holes, paint or to do any other type of customization to the property. · There is access to use all facilities and equipment with the exception of the outside shed which is locked and may not be used. Bed linen is required to be used on all beds that are taken into use. · It is not allowed to hold events or any kind of parties in the house or anywhere on the property. (Breaking the rules will result in immediate termination of the leasing period without a refund and the tenant will also be fined) · Nature and the house must be treated gently, considerately and carefully. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the house, No loud noise from 23:00 to 08:00. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the house and the land are fully compensated by the tenant. · All entrances must be locked and all electronics must be turned off at all times when the tenant leaves the house including heating appliances, lights, etc. with the exception of the refrigerator in the kitchen, the internet and the heat pump which must be turned on during the winter season at all times and stand at 10 degrees Celsius and all the doors inside the house must be open allowing the circulation of air to avoid frost damage VERY IMPORTANT! · The house must be handed over completely cleaned and tidied when the rental period ends. Offers a professional cleaning for an additional fee of DKK 1000. · The tenant is required to read, fill and sign a private leasing contract stating the agreement of the house rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.
