It is not allowed to drill holes, paint or to do any other type of customization to the property. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the apartment, No loud noise from 23:00 to 08:00. · The wardrobe in the master bedroom is locked and may not be opened or used. (There is a big wardrobe available in the guest room) · All entrances must be closed and locked and all the lights must be turned off at all times when leaving the apartment. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the apartment is fully compensated by the tenant. · The apartment must be handed over completely cleaned and tidied when the rental period ends. Offers a professional cleaning for an additional fee of 1000 DKK. · The tenant is required to read, fill and sign a private leasing contract stating the agreement of the house rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.
