Furnished room in Copenhagen!

Are you looking for a nice place to live in Copenhagen? I have an 11 sqm. furnished room in a shared house with 5 people in total. Available from 15. December. The room is in a new, 114 sqm chain house on three floors. You will have access to two bathrooms in the apartment, a common area with a small dining area, and a large kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave – and there are glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans. The room is a few minutes walk from Sundbyvester Plads – next to Amagerbrogade where bus 5C / 250S takes you directly to Copenhagen Central Station, Norreport Station, and Copenhagen Airport. The apartment is close to green areas, two supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies, etc. Minimum six months' rental. A standard ‘A10’ lease contract issued by the Danish Ministry of Housing will be used. Payment via bank transfer. DKK 600 from your deposit goes to general repairs every six months, which is deducted at the end of the contract. The rest of your deposit will be refunded 14 days after moving out (unless contrary to expectations, permanent damage to the place is caused). Prepayment of a deposit equals three months’ rent + 1st month + 1-month advance rent (equal to your last month in the apartment) Electricity, heating, water, and speedy internet are included in the rent. Maybe you are a student, frisky, prepared to keep the apartment nice and clean, and want to contribute to a good atmosphere. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
