Room in Amagerbro/Christianshavn

I'm renting out a room in my apartment. We share kitchen, bath and a cozy living area. You will have access to the common areas of course and use of the washingmachine. We share the responsibility of cleaning the common areas. It's a very central location of the apartment, but also very quiet, the apartment is close to (5 min walk) Christianshavn Metro and Amagerbro Metro as well as 5C and 2A (5min walk) The room is currently furnished but can be rented partly furnished. I'm looking for someone with a stable job and tidy as I appreciate a nice living space where we clean up after ourselves but also chat about life.
