Stunning 33m2 furnished room + balcony (20th floor)for sublease

Hey all, I am going abroad for a semester and looking for someone to take over my apartment from 1st of July until 31st of December 2023. The room is furnished (chairs / table / bed / micro wave / dishes / closet), so it is perfect for everyone who is coming to Copenhagen for an internship, semester abroad or in general new students who are coming to Copenhagen and want to look for their own place after being a little more settled and knowing the city and people. The monthly rent equals 10.675,68 kr. (including utilities). I will ask for a one-month deposit, as I am responsible that the apartment will not be damaged during the sublease. You will pay the rent to my bank account, as the rent will be still paid by me to the landlord. The apartment features a Nordic design kitchen made in collaboration with the Danish kitchen design firm and offers access to amenities such as gym, dining hall, social kitchen, work areas, café, laundry and lounge. The neighborhood surrounding your new home is brimming with culture festivals, social dining events, jazz cruises, kayak tours, knitting courses – whatever you are into.
